Care Instructions
Merino is easy care machine washable. Merino is a unique natural fibre that breathes, resists odour build up and soiling. Therefore you can reduce the amount of times you wash your garment, just air when needed.

For optimum results we recommend when you do wash your snugglesuit, that you close the zip, turn inside out and machine wash preferably on a gentle wool cycle.
Use only Wool formulated washing detergents. Standard non-wool washing detergents will alter the natural ph balance of merino causing the fibres to breakdown. Washing with standard non-wool washing detergents will in time result in holes and cause the fabric to ladder and fray. Because merino wool is naturally anti-bacterial means you can wash the garment less frequently. We suggest you wash only when soiled and air in the sun.

Sizing Guide
Measurements refer to body size, not garment dimensions and are in centimetres.

The Pepi Snugglesuit™ is a large fit. If your child is smaller than average we recommend you choose a size down from the age group recommendation and vice versa if your child is larger than average. For example a size 1 will cater for the growth span of a child from 1 to 2 years.

Terms and Conditions
Use of our website and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. "We" or "Our" means Pepi Limited. "You" or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.

1. Prices, description and availability of goods
All goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

2. Payment methods
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments using Paymate Express secure web payments. We also accept cheques and direct bank deposits/internet banking (NZ customers only). All orders will be dispatched upon clearance. Please contact us for our bank details if you would like to pay via direct bank deposit/internet banking.

2.1 Sales tax
All goods sold in NZ include Good & Services Tax (GST). For orders shipped to destinations outside New Zealand the price excludes any other taxes specific to the destination country. Orders to destinations outside New Zealand may be subject to local sales tax and/or import duty and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.

3. Delivery
Your shopping cart displays the goods you have purchased. Goods will normally be dispatched within 5 working days to the delivery address that you supply.

New Zealand orders
A Courier and packaging charge of $6.00 will be added to each order delivered within New Zealand and will be sent to you via Post Haste Couriers. This is an overnight service to most areas. We will notify you via email to confirm payment has been received and your order has been dispatched. We will also provide you with a tracking number for your order. Post Haste Trackpak system allows real-time tracking of your parcel. This means you can check the www.posthaste.co.nz website (or by phoning 0800 106 828 ) or email customer.services@posthaste.co.nz at any time to get an update on where in transit your parcel is.

Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding delivery of your order.

International orders
Australia:
A postage and packaging charge of $15.00 for up to two garments will be added to your order. Please contact us for orders over this size.

Rest of World:
A postage and packaging charge of $25.00 for up to two garments will be added to your order. Please contact us for orders over this size.

Overseas customers will be charged in NZ dollars at the exchange rate that is current at the time of purchase. We will notify you via email to confirm payment has been received and your order has been dispatched. Orders are delivered to you by New Zealand Post using International Airmail and should reach you within 14 days.

4. Guarantee
The Pepi Snugglesuit™ is of the highest quality and should arrive in excellent condition. If for any reason there appears to be something wrong with your product or discover the item is faulty within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately so the problem can be resolved and we can exchange or credit your item.

5. Returns
Pepi hopes you enjoy your new snugglesuit. If for any reason you need to return your Product, we will exchange for a different colour or size providing the following conditions are met:

The Snugglesuit must be unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached, and must be returned within 30 days of placing the order with your order confirmation print out enclosed. You can choose another size or a different colour. Also include a note to tell us the reason for return; so we can improve our service to you, we want you to be happy.

Please note while we are happy to exchange we do not refund.

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed and exchange of goods to reach you. Pepi does not cover the cost of delivery from you for returns but we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement goods.
